STAGGERED ENTRY AND EXIT TO MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING: Try to arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled class or appointment. Example: if you cancel a class on Friday for Saturday, we ask that you do not attend until at least Tuesday. If you are not feeling well, we ask that you do not come to the studio until you are symptom-free or fever free for at least 3 days. ![]() ILLNESS: If you are not feeling well and it is past the 12 hour window for cancellation, please call or email the studio so that we can credit your reservation back to your account and waive your fee. Cancellations must be completed no less than 12 hours before your class reservation to avoid a fee. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED: All classes or appointments must be reserved. MASKS: A mask covering your nose and mouth must be worn by members and staff at all times. PRE-SESSION SCREENING Members and staff will be required to answer pre-session screening questions.Symptomatic staff and members will be instructed to stay home even with mild symptoms. Any person with a temperature at or above 100.4° F will be denied entry to the facilities. MANDATORY THERMAL BODY TEMPERATURE Prior to entry, all staff and members will be required to undergo a non-contact thermal body temperature reading.Make sure your mask is secure and that it covers your nose and your mouth. MASKS AND PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT Members and staff will be required to wear a mask at all time.The touchless electrostatic technology allows the disinfectant to "wrap around" surfaces such as equipment and restroom surfaces. ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYERS This cutting edge technology uses an electrostatically charged disinfectant to sanitize hard surfaces using a hand-held sprayer.EPA APPROVED DISINFECTANT We use EPA approved cleaning products that will be abundantly available throughout the club and studio for use by staff and members.Members and staff are encouraged to use sanitation products liberally and frequently. All hand sanitizer meets CDC requirements for alcohol content.
